Currently there are 532 permanent employees in the Company: 101 lead specialists and engineering group leaders, 180 lead engineers and engineers of category 1. More than 90% of the employees have higher education; five - are PhD candidates of Technical Science. Average age of the employees is 42, including 60 young professionals under 30.

Our veterans are still working thus maintaining the best traditions and contributing immensely to the entire Company performance. Young, capable and enthusiastic engineers also pick up the baton.

Our employees attend numerous tutorials and specialized exhibitions to maintain their professional skills and top qualification. Moreover, our engineers take 72-hour education refreshing courses every 5 years.

All employees of the Institute involved in the design of hazardous production facilities are certified in accordance with Article 14_1 of the Federal Law No. 116 dd. 21.07.1997 "On Industrial Safety of Hazardous Production Facilities".

A group of on-staff technical translators/interpreters was formed to provide fruitful cooperation with our foreign partners. These are top-qualified employees who possess distinguished experience in translation of various design documents relating to all disciplines of engineering works. In addition to the translations, they also interprete at the technical meetings attended by the Clients and foreign partners held both in the Company’s office and abroad.
