Quality Management System (QMS) conforming to ISO 9001:1994 and GOST R ISO 9001-96 was introduced in the period between 1998-2000 based on the then applicable Total Design Quality Control System.

In the beginning of 2001, the QMS was granted the certificate of compliance to ISO 9001:1994 and GOST R ISO 9001-96 issued by the Russian Maritime Register of Shipping, a certification body registered with International Association of Classification Societies (IACS).

Later on, the QMS was made consistent with ISO 9001:2000 and GOST R ISO 9001-2001 and re-certified by the Russian Register Certification Association against the above standards. In the beginning of 2008, the Company successfully passed re-certification audit.

The Company’s QMS was verified to be conforming to the revised standard ISO 9001:2008 put into effect in the middle of January, 2009, and certified by the Russian Register Certification Association by the end of January, 2009.

In January 2011, the Russian Register Certification Association carried out a regular re-certification audit of the Quality Management System of LLC “Lengiproneftechim”. The Company’s QMS was acknowledged to be conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 (GOST R 9001:2011).

In January 2014, Quality Management System of LLC “Lengiproneftechim” was certified against the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 (GOST ISO 9001-2011) based on the audit report.

In December 2016, the Russian Register Certification Association carried out a regular re-certification audit of the Quality Management System of LLC “Lengiproneftechim”. The Company’s QMS was acknowledged to be conforming to the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (GOST R ISO 9001:2015) with respect to the following: the multidisciplinary development of Front End, Basic, Detailed and Engineering Design documentation for construction, field supervision; engineering services on package equipment and batch standard items delivery for Oil and Gas Processing, Petrochemical, Chemical and related industries. LLC “Lengiproneftechim” was granted the favorable opinion of the Certification Body and three certificates of compliance from the Russian Register, IQNet and GOST R.

In January, 2023, the Russian Register Certification Association carried out a regular re-certification audit of the Quality Management System. It was detected that the Quality Management System is kept in effect and complies with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 (GOST R ISO 9001-2015) in respect to multidisciplinary development of Front End, Basic, Detailed and Engineering Design documentation for construction; field supervision (including the use of laser scanning); engineering services on package equipment and batch standard items delivery for Oil and Gas Processing, Petrochemical, Chemical and related industries.

LLC “Lengiproneftechim” was granted the favorable opinion of the Certification Body and two certificates of compliance from the Russian Register and GOST R.

Continuous improvement of the valid Quality Management System is targeted to design process enhancement and increase of the QMS performance rate.
